Slacker
I know, I realize I haven't posted anything new for like a month. No good excuses, just laziness. I am not fast at this blog thing and I am not creative at it either, therefore I don't do it often. I look at Kasey's blog and others, and it seems they are updated daily. What the heck? I will post some pic's soon, I promise!

Crazy weekend

My good friend Danielle from Mesa came to visit over the long weekend. We were so excited to have her and her kids come play. ( I love that Colton boy, well I love all of her kids, but Colton is just too funny) Well the whole week before she came Grady and I were both sick and I kept hoping we would be better by the time she came. She got here Friday afternoon and unfortunatley Grady was worse. So Friday night for like 3 hours I was gone at Urgent Care with him and Danielle was at my house with the kids and Travis. (Sorry Danielle, LOL) Sure enough he had a double ear infection. The night was not great and I felt awful. The next morning I had Travis go to Walgreens to fill a prescription for me ( I think I had a sinus infection) and he was in a car accident. NOT HIS FAULT! Thank heavens he wasn't hurt, I know my car got crashed but the most important thing to me is my sweet hubby and I am so glad he was ok. So we spent the whole weekend being sick and dealing with the insurance for a rental and all that fun stuff. So the weekend we were so looking forward to ended up being kind of lame, but I was still so happy she made it out for the visit. She is the ONLY one of my friends to come visit me in the last year that we have been here~wink~wink!Thursday, August 23, 2007
A few Random pic's of Grady

Last week Grady got a much needed hair cut, however it was not meant to be this short. He is now called my "chemo baby". A few nights ago the other kids were in bed and I was just loving playing with him and took a dozen random pictures of him. I couldn't help myself he was just too cute. So here they are. Some happy and some not so happy.School is back in session

The kids are officially back in school. They are loving it. Cayden is in 2nd grade and is in a multiage class with some 3rd graders so he thinks that is pretty cool. Ally has started Kindergarten and it is all day here and she thinks she is big stuff. She wants dad to drop her off in the morning. None of this mom walking her to school business. It was kind of a hard thing when I realized from now on 2 of my 3 kids are gone every day for 9 months out of the year from here on out. I don't feel old enough to be at this stage in life. Where has the time gone? Monday, August 13, 2007
Painted faces
We had our Cluff family reunion the first week of August and was so much fun! It worked out perfect for the kids and I to stay put after the Sherwood Reunion and wait for the Cluff reunion to start, since they are held at the same place. We were in the mountains for 10 days and loved every minute of it. I had forgotten about reality and bills and laundry and was loving the relaxation. Face painting was a huge hit at the reunion. Heres just a few of the kids!
Cayden thought it was cool that his candy colored tongue matched his face.
Our little puppy dog! Isn't she cute. Talent show
We had our traditional talent show on Sat. night and I thought it would be fun to do something funny for the kids. So last minute I got Emily, Lori, and Tifani to do this lip sync with me. It was a hit even though we really didn't have the props to make it good. Fun times though! Can we say "dorks" ha ha!
Sweet little Grady man chillin in the mushroom chair while daddy videos talent show. I was in charge so daddy had to do it all. Thanks babe!
